Printing with Eucalypts – Printing on Wool and Silk with Eucalypts

This is the first formal class that the Gallery is hosting for the Hand Weavers and Spinners Guild of NSW Inc.

Price: Guild members $50 for the class (non guild members $60) and $35 for materials payable to the tutor on the day.

Description
Use eucalypts to print wool jersey (1/2 metre) and silk scarf (43 x 180cm). Introduction regarding nature of eucalypts and general techniques for botanical printing. This introductory class will not involve mordants.
